• Clinical review services for specific patient groups in GP practices, e.g. asthma, diabetes, hypertension, HIV, HepC;

• Medicines management support for GP practices, e.g. supporting practice formulary and clinical guideline implementation, repeat prescription management;

• Consultation area to provide private medication therapy management; 

• Prescription Management Service – We are setup to help contracted facilities better manage refill schedules for residents. We run a daily query from the computer system to designate resident’s medication refill schedule, allowing refills to be delivered (3-5) days before a resident runs out.
